Refund policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us using the Return Inquiry Form within one week of receiving the item. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for returns and exchanges.

We cannot accept returns in the following cases
・We do not accept returns of sale items.
・Items that have been in our warehouse for more than 8 days after delivery.
・Items that are clearly marked as "non-returnable" on the product page, such as underwear, swimsuits, socks, and other sanitary items that come in contact with the skin.
・Merchandise with missing or missing accessories, warranty cards, demerit tags, or sales tags.
・Merchandise that has been returned without following the return procedure
・Merchandise that has been used, altered, washed, or cleaned
・Merchandise that has been used once, or merchandise that has been altered, washed, or cleaned
・Merchandise purchased from other stores or e-commerce sites.

Please note that we will not be able to accept any items that fall under any of the following criteria upon confirmation of the arrived merchandise.
