About your order
If you wish to specify the date and time of your order, change the wrapping, or cancel your order before shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders placed by 11am on the same day will be delivered on the same day, so changes made after 11am may not be accepted depending on the content. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
Example: If you place an order at 2pm, please contact us by 11am the next day.
If you receive an initial defect or a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us using the inquiry form so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If you would like to return an item due to personal reasons, please contact us using the return form within one week of receiving the item.

Shipping rates vary depending on the location.
・Hokkaido, Okinawa…1,200 yen
・Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu…600 yen
Other remote islands will be handled separately.
・The fee for Yu-Packet is 300 yen.

*You cannot specify the date and time for post-mailed Yu-Packet.

WONDER BAGGAGE offers a 2-year free repair warranty (extended for 1 year to 3 years if purchased at our flagship store or BATON STORE).

We offer free wrapping and paid shoppers (paper bags).
The wrapping method varies depending on the product. If you proceed to the cart screen and put it in the cart, we will wrap it accordingly.
