Regarding repairs
At WONDER BAGGAGE, we prioritize the durability of our bags. We consult with our factories to manufacture products with "designs that minimize stress" and "selection of highly durable materials."
Due to our confidence in their durability, we offer free repairs for two years from the date of purchase. Additionally, customers who purchase from our official stores, "WONDER BAGGAGE" and "struct," will receive an extended free repair period of one year, totaling three years of free repair service.
The estimated costs for paid repairs are as follows. We can also provide estimates for areas not listed in the table, so please feel free to inquire.

*Please note that structural repairs may not be possible in cases of extensive fabric damage or deterioration over time.
*Currently, our repair factory is very busy, and repairs may take approximately 2 to 3.5 months to complete.
*Small items other than bags, wallets, and selected items are not eligible.
*We do not offer custom modifications, maintenance, or cleaning services.
Payment Methods:
Credit card (JCB/VISA/Master/AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay are accepted. *Post-payment (Paidy) is not supported.
