Information on returns
This is only available to customers who do not have a store nearby.
We accept returns for customer reasons only if purchased at the official online store BATON STORE.
We will bear the shipping costs incurred at that time.
(Normally, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.)
(The product that bears the shipping fee is limited to one item.)
You can purchase any number of items, but free return shipping is limited to 1 item. If you wish to return more than 2 items, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Flow from purchase to return
①Please purchase the desired product at BATON STORE
② After confirming your order, we will ship the product.
③ Please check the actual product at home.
If you wish to return the item ↓
④ If you wish to return the product, please contact us within 1 week after receiving the product.
⑤ We will inform you of the return address, so please send the product there by cash on delivery.
(Customers are requested to arrange collection and shipping.)
⑥We will process the refund after inspection.
Precautions for returns
・When returning only one item, please keep the total size of the box within 120cm.
Please prepare the cardboard by yourself or reduce the size of the cardboard at the time of delivery.
