[Kyoto] POPUP at Keibunsha 8/17 (Sat) - 8/30 (Fri)
Wonder Baggage will be holding a pop-up at Keibunsha's Living Gallery in Ichijoji, Kyoto for the first time in about a year.
You can see the Pen and Book series, which was just released in July.
We have also jointly developed a Keibunsha limited edition tote bag from the same series, which we will be unveiling early.

● About the products
The new Pen and Book series has a full lineup available.
Developed with the concept of "carrying a pen and a book" in mind, this series comes in three sizes and four colors. Keibunsha is a company that offers a carefully selected range of books, including literary works, little press books, and specialized books. This series is compatible with the sizes of many of the books sold by Keibunsha.
In addition, Wonder Baggage's signature ballistic nylon series will offer a wide range of bags perfect for travel and outings, including Boston bags, backpacks, and shoulder bags.

● Keibunsha Limited Edition Tote Bag
While developing the Pen and Book series, we decided to create an exclusive tote bag for Keibunsha, a store that sells all things related to books.
For this tote bag, we commissioned the illustrations from illustrator and manga artist Hirose Beni, who has a close relationship with Keibunsha and has also created the store's signboards.
The artwork was based on the theme of "Dokusho Sanyo," which means three times that are suitable for reading.
The color of the bag was decided by the people at Keibunsha.
Not only the turquoise color of the main body, but also the color of the piping on the handles and inside the bag was carefully selected to look like an eggshell.
The coloring is perfect for Hirose Beni's worldview, which is adorable and somehow nostalgic.
● About the purchaser campaign
This item features a foil-stamped illustration of "Reading Sanyo" by Hirose Beni and can only be purchased here.
Additionally, customers who purchase books at Keibunsha during the event will receive an original book cover, which is designed to resemble the off-white color of the Pen and Book series.
On the back of the cover, there are 10 different "passages from recommended books" printed, based on a request from the people at Keibunsha.
